Our range of products for liquid or freeze-dry drugs includes in LS5 configuration include:

• Vial ISO norm 8362-1
• Screw neck vial
• Molded vial

The production steps which characterize the range of products LS5 are made into clean room facility:

• Washing using only WFI produced with a thermocompression distiller
• Depirogenization into static oven or into a continuous tunnel (depending from batch size)
• Packaging area ISO 5 – Class A (into sterile PET tray+lid or touch/not touch into rigid tray)
• Single or double protection into sealed bags

LS5 range of products is completed with:

• Gamma treated bromo or chlorobutyl rubber stopper into double sealed bags; ISO 13 and ISO 20
• Aluminium caps
